Milt Thompson not only is an experienced facilitator of strategic planning, he also has been a very successful practitioner of strategy as a principal and director in Kenosha and Racine, Wisconsin; and as superintendent in Beloit, Wisconsin and North Chicago, Illinois.
He is currently the superintendent of Pulaski Community Schools in Pulaski, Wisconsin.
Milt graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire with a double B.A. in History and Education and holds a M.S. in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University. He is currently completing his doctorate in Educational Leadership. He has undergone extensive training and practice with The Cambrian Group. His mentor was Howard Feddema, Senior Associate Emeritus.
In addition to being an outstanding facilitator of district and school plans, Milt is an engaging speaker at educational conferences as well as Board/Administrator retreats and staff development programs.
He has been married to Peggy for over 33 years; they have four children.
